What to Expect From LawnSupport Services
Overview
LawnSupport provides lawn, outdoor pest, mosquito, tree and shrub, and seasonal program services based on property conditions, route fit, selected service, and label-compliant treatment options. Service recommendations and quotes depend on the property and program needs. This page explains general service limitations and does not replace a written estimate or service agreement.
Custom Quotes
LawnSupport does not use fixed public pricing. Quotes depend on lawn size, service area, property access, turf type, pest pressure, plant material, conditions, and selected program. A submitted estimate request does not guarantee service availability.
Route Fit and Service Availability
LawnSupport serves qualifying properties by route fit, property location, property conditions, and program scope. Nearby areas may be considered, but service is not guaranteed in every town or property. Some work may be declined if it is outside route, outside license scope, unsafe, inaccessible, or not a good fit.
Weather and Scheduling
Service timing may change due to rain, heat, wind, soil moisture, turf stress, label restrictions, or unsafe conditions. Some treatments require proper weather windows. LawnSupport may reschedule when conditions are not appropriate.
Lawn Care Expectations
Lawn care results depend on turf type, soil condition, mowing, watering, shade, drainage, traffic, prior damage, weather, and seasonal timing. LawnSupport does not sell a weed-free lawn guarantee. Some weeds may be suppressed or managed, not eliminated. Centipede, Bermuda, Zoysia, and St. Augustine respond differently to fertility, herbicides, stress, and weather. Lime should only be applied when appropriate based on soil conditions or soil testing.
Weed Control Limitations
Weed control depends on weed type, growth stage, turf type, weather, product label, timing, and lawn condition. Difficult weeds such as Virginia buttonweed, torpedograss, dallisgrass, bahiagrass, sedges, and bermudagrass contamination in centipede may require repeated management or may only have limited suppression options. LawnSupport does not guarantee total weed elimination.
Disease and Fungicide Limitations
Fungicide treatments may reduce disease pressure and improve recovery conditions. Fungicides do not instantly repair dead turf. Recovery depends on turf health, weather, watering, mowing, drainage, disease pressure, and time. Dead or severely damaged turf may require repair, regrowth, sod, or other corrective work outside the fungicide treatment itself.
Mosquito Control Expectations
Mosquito control is intended to reduce mosquito pressure in treated outdoor areas. LawnSupport does not guarantee total mosquito elimination. Mosquito activity can continue due to neighboring properties, weather, standing water, drainage, vegetation, shade, and untreated areas. Customer cooperation with standing-water reduction may be needed.
Outdoor Pest Control Limitations
Outdoor pest control is for labeled outdoor areas and target pests. Flea, tick, chigger, and nuisance pest pressure may be affected by pets, wildlife, neighboring properties, wooded edges, leaf litter, shade, and moisture. LawnSupport does not treat pets. LawnSupport does not provide indoor flea treatment unless a separate service is specifically offered in writing.
Tree and Shrub Care Limitations
Tree and shrub services focus on selected shrubs and small landscape trees where treatment is practical and label-appropriate. Plant health depends on species, age, planting depth, soil, water, sunlight, pruning, prior damage, disease, insects, and stress. LawnSupport does not provide pruning, removals, replacements, irrigation repair, or landscape installation unless separately stated in writing.
Fire Ant, Mole, Topdressing, and New Sod Add-Ons
Fire ant services may reduce fire ant activity but do not guarantee permanent elimination. Mole activity may continue from neighboring properties or new movement; mole inspection and service does not guarantee complete elimination. Topdressing is not drainage correction, full grading, or a guaranteed fix for severe ruts, major low spots, or structural soil issues. New sod support does not guarantee sod survival if failure is caused by no irrigation, missed watering, heat, poor soil preparation, traffic, disease, pests, or conditions outside LawnSupport’s control.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to provide accurate contact information and service address, provide safe access to service areas, secure pets and unlock gates when needed, and share irrigation, drainage, pest, pet, access, and pesticide sensitivity information before service. Follow watering, mowing, access, and aftercare instructions where provided.
Pesticide-Sensitive Customer Notice
Customers should notify LawnSupport before service if anyone on the property has pesticide sensitivities, allergies, respiratory concerns, medical concerns, beehives, fish ponds, edible gardens, pets, or other sensitive areas. LawnSupport may adjust, delay, or decline service based on site conditions, label restrictions, or safety concerns.
No Guarantee of Specific Results
LawnSupport aims to provide practical, label-compliant service based on observed conditions. Results vary by property and season. Unless a specific written guarantee is provided in a signed agreement, LawnSupport does not guarantee total pest elimination, weed-free turf, disease recovery, plant survival, sod survival, mole elimination, or complete correction of property conditions.
